We first told you of an earlier recall of Britax in this post:

But Britax has announced an additional recall of 14,220 child safety seats ("Chaperone"). the recall is due to a rivet that holds the adjuster strap on the seat. The rivet may become loose and cause the harness to detach from the seat. This could make any infant vulnerable to severe injury in the event of a crash.

Britax will not be completely recalling the product but will be issuing a kit to repair the defect.

Following two reports of tip over incidents, one causing injuries, Guidecraft is recalling its 4-in-1 Dramatic Play Theater. There are about 1,800 such toys that have been sold in the U.S.

The theater toy weighs about 46 pounds. In the event of a tip over, a child may be entrapped. Consumers are encouraged to immediately take the recalled product from children.
