Jasper began his career at one of Louisville's top litigation firms. Jasper has learned from some of the best litigators in Kentucky and now uses those skills and experiences ­ and the defense firm perspective ­to aggressively represent his clients' needs.

Jasper focuses his practice on personal injury, medical malpractice and auto accident cases. He also handles matters such as defective products, wrongful death, school bullying, nursing home negligence, other personal injury claims, as well as employment discrimination and retaliation claims.

Before law school, Jasper worked in politics and government. He worked at the national headquarters for Al Gore in Nashville in 2000. He was the Research Director for Gov. Don Siegelman in Alabama in his 2002 re-election campaign. In 2003, Jasper moved home and worked for Ben Chandler in his primary campaign for Governor in 2003.

Jasper then went out on his own, providing political consulting for candidates across Kentucky and the country and at all levels of government. He continues to provide research consulting services for campaigns.

Jasper graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C, and the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, summa cum laude.

Jasper has been actively involved in several pharmaceutical multi-district litigation (MDL) cases, including most recently In re: DePuy Orthopaedics ASR Hip Implant Litigation MDL 2197; In re: Yasmin and Yaz (Drospirenone) Marketing, Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation MDL No. 2100; In re: Chantix (Varenicline) Products Liability Litigation MDL 2092; In re: Digitek Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1968; In Re: Total Body Formula Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1946; and In Re: Avandia Marketing, Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation MDL 1871 and In re: Prempro Products LIability Litigation MDL 1507.

Jasper is currently co-lead counsel in a class action lawsuit against BP and the other parties responsible for the massive oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico --which is the worst man-made environmental disaster of our times. Along with a consortium of nationally-renowned mass tort attorneys, Jasper also represents numerous individual claimants in the Gulf states for claims ranging from lost employment opportunities, lost rental income, lost business income and diminished property values.
